Description: Up for sale is a Microsoft Zune HD Platinum Digital Media MP3 Player (1402) - 32GB. The battery does NOT hold a charge and when powered on, the Zune loads to an ERROR SCREEN! To use the device, the original Zune software must be installed on a computer. Many new computers do NOT allow for the Zune software to be installed, so we were not able to install the Zune software on our computer.
- The device has scratches and scuffs on the border and back cover. The screen has scratches.
